Lisa STUNS on the cover of Elle US

Lisa, Jisoo, Jennie and Rose' will be front covers for Elle US magazine for October 2020. Not only does Lisa and her members cover the magazine but they were also interviewed where Lisa let it be known that Lady Gaga was her favourite artist, with a penchant for Poker Face which she performed for her very first evaluation as a trainee.

"I can't list all the influences that Lady Gaga has given me and my generation, but among them, I respect Lady Gaga's unique styleand the way she makes her own music and performances. She is an artist who always creates new styles that have never been done before, and she delivers meaningful messages to people who hear her music." - Lisa

Bekuh Boom, who wrote some of Blackpinks rival bangers such as D4, Kill This Love to the now iconic Monalisa kinda Lisa rapverse in their most recent worldwide smash hit Ice Cream with the beautiful pop starlet Selena Gomez released August 28 was quoted as saying,

"Rosé, Jennie, Jisoo, and Lisa are going to set the standard for the new girl group in America. We haven’t had anyone like them since Destiny’s Child." -Bekuh Boom

The article itself is really well written and shares an equal amount of information across the board for all members. A mention about Lisas viral meme for "sexy legs',

Within seconds, Blinks can make their favorite group trend worldwide—or turn an image of Lisa dancing in thigh-high boots into a “sexy legs” meme.

Jennie was the first to join the agency before the others and recalls the moment when Lisa entered YG as a bright eyed 14year old trainee as Lisa was the second to enter the agency.

“She was just this young, tall girl with a perfect body.... She started dancing like a robot—she memorized everything in seconds,” - Jennie

“My mother says I was always dancing and singing as a child, [pretending] to hold a microphone.”

As we head towards the first ever full studio album of Blackpink, I hope Lilies and Blinks are eating and resting well because we will soon be inundated with so much new content with a Netflix Blackpink documentary titled "Light Up The Sky" also released in October.
